Pros

Free cable, internet and phone. The insurance wasn't so bad either actually.

Cons

The customer service manager Tony was and still is rude and cruel. He plays head games with his employees, he says hurtful things to them and does nothing about lewd comments, as he is one of the people involved in making some of them. The pay is terrible, they do not have worth while incentives to keep their staff happy, whom are already abused daily by the customers, never mind the management in place to help and guide them. Whenever something happens or needs to be followed up on, you can always count on a snarky rude email coming from managers about protocol. Avoid applying there, apply somewhere else where the manager doesn't call the lady in the office "Glory Hole". I got out of there, anyone left behind should too before it destroys them.

Not a thing. Seriously. I thought about it and can't find a single one.

Cons

You slave, and you slave. They have quality guidelines that no one can meet. The company is managed by inept people, their investigative process is a joke. They keep employees who swear on the phones, customer service managers in Belmont set up the trainers in the company to search for employees with violations so they can be fired. Favoritism all the way around. There's even a girl on the overnight shift who does heroin in the bathroom when she is supposed to be answering the phones. Just please, avoid the place.
