      The concept of the company is great, nothing fantastic really...

      Cons

      This company is not for black professionals, they are racist and only use black people to benefit their BEE status. and get more business. There is no growth but depression for black professionals and you are nothing but just a number. If you do not drink alcohol, you will not fit in with the culture of the business. Definitely a company not to work for if you are Black professional

      Pros

      You get to acquire a lot of skills because the company allows you to learn from other departments.

      Cons

      Pay disparity like you have never seen. The ethics at management level leave a lot to be desired. Favouritism, Bias, bullying, threats and intimidation are a norm here. Not a good place to work.
