      The culture is a pro, many things going on in the office and events. There’s alot of involvement even as an intern

      Cons

      The studios are split between living and corporate which makes it harder to collaborate with everyone in the firm.

      Pros

      Good coworkers, sometimes interesting projects. 36 hour work week.

      Cons

      Management and executive leadership is out of touch with their employees. Compensation is below market rate. Office space is dated and the opposite of what we preach to our clients. Parking situation at the office for mandatory 3 days in office is abysmal.
