Not many chances for advancement which causes you to burnout and lose interest in your job, especially when you're in a position where you do the same job day in and day out. The cost of insurance is pretty high with high deductibles. The employee morale is very low. The company that owns Meyn is all about the bottom line, they aren't appreciative to their employees and only expect more for less.
