Pros
There’s a lot I love about working for Mezocliq, but the biggest thing for me has always been and will always be how much they pay us. From the moment I was hired on I was given a much more competitive starting salary offer than any other company I applied at, and it’s consistently increased every year so that I never have to stress about not being paid what I’m worth (and keeping up with inflation).
Cons
Office politics can get the better of you if you don’t make it a point to stay out of it and stay focused on yourself and your own work.
