      Revolving door, as new hires come they leave. No raise, no vacay in the 1st year, no review, overworked for cents, this company operates like 1960, dont care about employee benefits, just hiring everyone in Broward for lowpay job.

      Pros

      I love the work culture in this company, As soon as I started, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Management gives proper training to the new employees, which is key for successful performance. The company also offers fun activities for the employees to share and get to know each other.

      I have yet to encounter a negative thing in this office...

      Limited properties in Miami, so it takes time to acquire a different position. But besides that I would recommend them.
