I had a lot of fun and learned a lot in the process. People are kind and supportive. It is a great organization to start your music education career.

I did not perceive many cons. Maybe it is challenging to learn how to manage the behavior of children who are tired after school, which is also why you learn a lot in this kind of job and environment.

Provides opportunities to grow for some, but good luck lasting long enough to reap those benefits.

The leadership is a disaster with out of touch individuals attempting to micromanage from afar without ever having proven their own ability to contribute to the mission or the program in any meaningful capacity.
