Cutting edge metrology and interesting research being done at this location, decent benefits, and good location in Kirkland. Administration staff was helpful and competent.
Cons
There seemed to be a disconnect between what management say they want and what was actually expected. Team feeling was to a large extent absent. Lack of consistency and transparency, different standards for different employees. High turnover relative to company size.
