Good Entry level - R&D Technician MicroBlend Employee Review

This is a small company with a close-knit relationship, but I felt completely welcome and at ease with them from Day One.

At the time, this company was struggling, and it was obvious that they were pretty cash-poor.

The company is using an outdated, unlicensed product to do its accounting and relies heavily in Excel. There are certain members of upper management that use insulting language towards their subordinates. They laugh about it and say it is out of love and a term of endearment, but they continue doing it even when told that it is insulting. Experienced stare downs by a manager several times and had to stare back at that manager in order for that toxic behavior to stop. Uses outdated hardware and software for most of the work.
