You get paid, a few cool coworkers make it bearable. The yearly bonus they do now is okay.
Cons
Quite a few male coworkers are extremely out of line and creepy with female coworkers!! This place has a serious issue with men being gross towards women here, especially if you are younger. I have had countless experiences with unprovoked sexual harassment, it has even happened behind my back. I have never had a job with this much constant sexual harassment, even a supervisor from one of the departments here has been inappropriate. I would NOT work here as a woman, especially as a younger one. HR is not that great at dealing with terrible people there a lot of the times, especially with people that love to create a hostile workplace. Nowadays higher-ups will constantly be watching you and working you a lot if you are on the assembly line, though people on assembly earn less than brake operators. No AC, it gets extremely hot during the summers and it absolutely sucks.
