Pros

This is one of the oldest Coworking vets in the industry (over 10 years). They just started offering a health reimbursement plan to their employees. At least you have that going for you.

Cons

The technology is terrible - they do not have proper software that incorporates membership management, reporting/analysis, POS, automatic billing... The list goes on. There is a high turnover rate here for a reason. I was only here for 2 months. Upper Management is very difficult to work with and they make middle management do the dirty work. This creates poor relationships between staff members. During my exit interview my resignation was compared to ending a romantic relationship (weird and inappropriate...) Once I accepted and entered a relationship my "door" should be closed even if there's someone from my past who is now ready to be in a relationship with me I should have integrity and stay committed. What's a girl to do? Should she stay with the partner who is old, doesn't have it together and a complete failure? Or should she try things out with a younger, innovative and ambitious company? Would he have said even this to me if I were a man...? Let that one sink in!

Pros

The ownership are very pleasant to deal with and give a lot of freedom to their mid-level management, learning new skills as the job progresses.

Cons

Sometimes we get a bit disorganized or "behind the ball" on important upgrades.

Pros

The list is endless. But the issue are not the issues but in the lack of logical interest in improving, fixing or letting other resolve the hundreds of tiny issues that ultimtely add up to alot.

Cons

There are many inscrupulous companies, and this is no different. I would especially add how 'differently' women are treated, if thats something you can deal with than be my guest. Community Manager = anything they ask including manual labor. Such as: Unclogging toilets Handling electrical work Cleaning spills Sales, without compensation Events, overtime - mandatory, not paid! Late hours required. Ideas, create, manage all social media without direction, compensation or tools. You are asked to post fake comments con customer satisfaction Huge employee/tenent morale issues. Much more I should have left sooner. As a tenant all you can say is, 'low rent' to justify the amount of disintegration there is in the company and its offerings and facilities. All excuses and hazardous conditions for all. Principals condone unimaginable behaviors such as: Bigotry Misogyny, especially from the the Owner, David Rotbard. LADIES BEWEAR! HUGE turnover due to the realization to the amount of abuse from the owner/ leadership under owner. Misclassification / labor - Admin Exempt with HUGE amounts of independent work with no support. In the most uncomprehending ways. You will spend your own money to compensate for the shortcomings Cutting all kinds of UNSAFE operational corners. You are not cared for by the company. ZERO BENEFITS ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK PAPER WORK AS THEY SWITCH THEM WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Beyond comprehension, in today's market.
