      Pros

      The employee's who have been there from the beginning and know how the company works. Without them, this company would be no where because none of the new people know what the heck they are doing. Half of them don't even know what a keg is.

      Cons

      The below comment is just a perfect example of how horrible the working environment was. The employee just threw his current co-workers under the bus and I guarantee management won't do anything about it because they don't care about how anyone treats each other within the company.

      Everyone is really nice and welcoming and the team has a good, collaborative culture and positive mindset.

      Pros

      The new leadership team at Microstar is making work fun again. Sure we still work hard and the hours are not always 9-5, but with the passion in the office now, we have a common purpose and enjoy the effort. Our customers are the focus and winning with them is the primary mission via service and quality. As they grow, so do we and that creates future opportunities for the team.

      Cons

      Not a lot of company perks as most money is focused on services to customers. I know bigger companies that have more perks, but I get why this is not a priority for us.
