Payroll never bounced while I was there

This company is stuck in the late 90's and early 2000's. Their success from the founder has left them complacent and now their programming is slow and outdated. They are losing major customers with no signs of fresh products coming down the pipe. If you work there, be afraid because Leica will clean house if things do not change
