      - Wonderful colleagues - Lunch supplies in fridge - Team events

      Cons

      - Was let go very abruptly and with little warning and wasn't able to say goodbye to colleagues - Felt like I wasn't progressing even when I expressed desire to do so - Check-in meetings and feedback yielded very little change/results - Supervisor didn't have much time to personally mentor me

      * Wonderful employees to work with * Great proximity to the airport and public transport

      Cons

      * Managers seem to not care or fully understand frustrations with inefficiencies in production * Little recognition for meaningful work being done from higher ups * History of redundancies for people once their usefulness is up

      - Good culture - Kind and friendly colleagues - Lunch supplies - Nice office

      Cons

      - Lots of meetings during busy periods where work needs to happen - Not enough time available for supervisors to help you or to check in with them - 4 separate buildings means a lot of travel between them
