      Pros

      The people, the mission to make lives better, the leadership, the culture, and the opportunities to grow. Oh, also the free supplements, free life coaching, free health coaching and the massage chair :D

      Cons

      To be honest I have worked in many places with many downsides... I would not give this job up for all the money in the world. No place on earth is perfect, but Microbe Formulas is close. Can't think of any downsides for me.
