      Staff turnover is unbelievable... "Like football manager"...a new manager every season Working Hours No respect for skilled staff Poor business ethics No career progression Ran poorly Aggressive management forcing poor ethics No training

      Pros

      Exciting projects, great office environment, supportive managers. High standards expected and rewarded. Historically poor workers stand out and don't last long. Training opportunities always available and encouraged. We get our own vans, good subsistence and good quality accommodation when working away. Good team to work with. High customer satisfaction is also rewarding.

      Cons

      Some projects can mean a lot of working away and travel.

      There really is not any pros other than it's better than being homeless

      Cons

      Poor management, no training, lack support, finger pointing and stupidly long hours with bare minimum breaks/wage.
