opportunity for new grads is great

none that I saw while there

Company has good opportunities for those early in the field but treat workers as disposable. Aka you aren’t going to see those opportunities to grow due to poor management.

Management is not capable nor intelligent; they are some of the most under qualified individuals in the lab. People with no lab experience trying to direct people with masters or tailored degrees to the field. They make problems up, or cause them due to short term thinking and are uninvested in the people. You can work hard, learn fast and save their butts with all your might and intelligence; they will not reward you in the slightest. They will dispose of you after use.
