The MPSSPL is 25 years old company but company is not running proper way as well as not happy their owner and employee the reason is unknown, the company is not having professional attitude, marketing, process to software development, culture HR process all things is messing and i have felt the company is running on personal touch or relationship, in this company having pendulum person or employee they are whole day running fast not they don't their destination and results. The company is good for freshers and most import thing is that company preferred fresher.
