Where should I start, The first thing, all the positive reviews here on glassdoor are fake, they were written by the company itself, to keep their reputation and to attract new employees. The second most important thing is, you will not receive salary on time, sometimes you won't receive salary for 4-6 months consecutively, you should eventually start begging for your own salary. (which is pathetic) You will not receive any yearly or half yearly hikes, the policy is being modified recently. Another thing is the company does not pay any PF, but they will deduct the PF amount and will not deposit to your account. The management here is seriously clueless about what is happening in the company, there is no serious or proper software development process followed here, the existing projects were built without any proper architecture and are totally cluttered. Suppose you make any small mistake in the project, you are declared as an inefficient employee and you lose all the value and respect in the company. These people neither know how to generate any leads nor know how to run a business The worst part is the company uses you, never values or even respects you as a person, they expect you to not have any life outside work, you are expected to be a slave and even work on the weekends, which is terrible. The company promised shares to some employees, but those shares are worth nothing.
