Pros

This is a horrible company to work for, I get an alert every time someone comments on here and they all of a sudden become facebook overnight? Fake reviews! Listen to all the bad ones.

Cons

Chris the owner is the worst human on earth, no compassion, brags like a insecure man, only people who stay there are yes men, his ex brother in law is OK but will never disagree with anything he says, that's how you keep your job there, say yes to everything Chris says despite him hiring you for a job, when he dislikes the method he throws you under the bus, well he'll get his current office guy to do it who's actually really sound but just a complete pushover, pretty much half his staff are family members, staff turnover is like McDonald's, he's not even smart, he works with smart people then brags he's north Ayrshire' best business. Make no mistake, the yes men keep him going, the employees who stay quiet are really smart and stay quiet to keep their job and keep him in fancy cars which he alternates daily while paying minimum wage to people stupid enough to take any post. Run like a shambles, the place basically melts down every Monday, they can't handle it because the staff who are there haven't been there long enough to fix the stuff, his impatient attitude makes this company get the score it deserves. There is a ginger one who just sucks right up, ONE long term employee that will only do his exact amount of work. I left a lucrative job (they'll know who I am now ha ha) to work here and I wish to god someone had made up the glass door before I left my job because I'd have run a mile, horrible atmosphere, all absolute yes men with no fortitude, never work here, you feel this cold draft like when Chris walks in the office, not a good thing. He's the worst kind of boss, brags but does no dirty work because he's actually scared, if he spoke to anyone in real life the way he does in work he'd probably not have many teeth left. All these recent reviews are LIES.

Pros

Regular rotating shift pattern - that's all folks.

Cons

Terrible micro managers that are scared of the MD. Analysts that fudge the numbers by closing calls and then opening another call with same details to make numbers look good, Service desk managers don't care because the numbers look good and that's all that matters to Microtech.

Pros

None, slow shipping, slow tech support. Dump people at tech support. They don’t care about you, they don’t listen to you

If I could put zero stars, I would. Everything started fine when I decided to buy a knife for $270 + shipping $15. I bought and decided to go on vacation for a month, so when I get back, I’d have the knife already delivered. Later, I found out that the package requires my signature but I was out. Then, it was delivered to a UPS location. I called that location and tell them tracking number, they say they don’t have that package. At this point I’m confused. The office transfers me to UPS tech support. Tech support transfers me to ups office location. I tried to pay $5 for it to stay there even thought office people say they don’t know about that package. I pay $5 anyway just to hold on to package and get back to it later. It doesn’t say how long they can hold my package but apparently only a week. Because after a week, my package got sent back to sender. Ok, whatever, I didn’t receive for these multiple reasons, ok, just give me my money back. I told me multiple times that I won’t have access to my credit card because I’m cancelling and can receive refund via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, cash app. They said only can do credit card (the one I purchased from) or check. I told them again I don’t have access to credit card I purchased from. They said ok, we’ll send you a check soon. I sent them my address multiple times just to be sure. I sent them multiple messages, please don’t make me sign for package again, when, what is eta of check. They ignore me and send an email that they refund me on June 6th on my credit card because they can’t do check. This is when I blow up. I feel very sorry for other customers because they’re experiencing/will experience the same problem. Very stupid people at tech support. Like they don’t care what you send them, they just do what THEY want. Ok, how will I get my refund if I don’t have access to credit card they sent refund to. They just don’t care. This is the only thing I can do is to write a bad reviews about them and make other people cautious
