      Pros

      Management has created the right environment for creative engineers. The engineering teams are very competent. The development work is very challenging and interesting.

      Cons

      Poor executive decisions on where to take the company. The company did not react to competitive products quick enough to keeps its position in the marketplace.

      Pros

      Some good designers, good system knowledge cross over to circuit design. Good systems understanding.

      Cons

      unfair recognition/promotion structure. Political environment. Management is relatively new and probably not geared up yet to take the position responsibly. Lack of accountability of management towards retention and unfair recognition/compensation/promotion.
