      Management promotes and allows employees to develop and implement new ideas for more efficient methods to complete tasks. The emphasis on "getting the job done" rather than monitoring the way in which it is done.

      Cons

      The company is "engineering" biased. Some of the decisions made are not necessarily good for or enhance the "bottom - line".

      Pros

      Some good designers, good system knowledge cross over to circuit design. Good systems understanding.

      Cons

      unfair recognition/promotion structure. Political environment. Management is relatively new and probably not geared up yet to take the position responsibly. Lack of accountability of management towards retention and unfair recognition/compensation/promotion.
