      Pros

      Causal Work Environment, laid back atmosphere. Its a good place to get your feet wet if you are a new developer.

      Cons

      The pay is not worth the drive, the tech stack is (Delphi, Cobol, C#, and SQL). New tech is not important to them (the phone system is from the 80s, seriously) Turn over is high among the programmers.

      Pros

      Conveniently located if you live in Blair. No commute to Omaha or Fremont.

      Cons

      Lack of vision and ability to provide clear direction for employees. Internal and external communication non-existent from leadership. Wages insufficient and have pay gaps that are explained by company being located in a small town. No clear path for growth or advancement.
