Pros
Friendly, fun workplace with amazing, great colleagues and fellow interns. Intern Development Program very helpful (particularly the speakers they bring and workshops they host). MEI has a reputation and scope of work larger than its size, which is a testament to its capabilities and potential. It was great having access to attending the many events (including private roundtables) they hold with interesting speakers. Would recommend the experience!
Cons
Sometimes, because of the number of interns in each department, there is not enough work for everyone and some days can seem to be very "chill" and some interns can become bored with not enough work. This was not a significant problem though.
