      Small Company, family like atmosphere. Layed back, sometimes too much.

      Pay scales are high for management, low for underlings. A lot of politics.

      Easygoing work environment and floor manager, not much pressure

      Cons

      Hired by contract so no guarantee of being hired, alot of downtime, never seem to have enough packing supplies even when mentioned to management
