Flexible hours. A great place to acquire skills for the next job. A very nice example of what is wrong with business in America. You will witness discrimination in many forms which will better prepare you for the next job. There are a few people who are genuine. Work from home when family events arise.

No benefits (Group Discount), but only to avoid penalty. Low salary for most unless part of owner's family except a select few.Many employees are expected to perform the workloads meant for a few employees. No HR Department. Abuse is common in the department (verbal). Very hostile work environment. In IT, no days off or vacation days. A common day off would be not getting called or e-mailed more than a few times. Not uncommon to be spoken down to in a manner that belittles. Best not to give two week notice. If two weeks is given, you will be an outcast. Owner's will not recognize your existence. You are made to feel guilty for bettering your life and your family's well-being. Sadly, I would not recommend anyone to work here unless they are desperate for something to hold them over until the next job offer.
