Pros

This company is laid back, small family oriented. You will be able to receive overtime here.

Cons

This company uses temporary employees for a reason. Once your 90 days are completed, they will hire you on with no raise, even though the company is saving money by doing so. Please be safe in this place. I was hurt with 10 mins remaining on my shift on a Saturday morning. I was hurt due to management not teaching employees properly, due to the high turnover of temps. Once I became hurt, they did pay me salary continuation for 6 months, then let me go even with me still being hurt. They care more about pushing product out the door, money, then the health and safety of employees. Once I became injured on a Saturday, that following Monday they shut the plant down for 2 days to get everyone up to speed on safety. Only to cover their own self. Management was demoted and even let go once they seen my lawyer was involved, due to insufficient protocol.

Pros

Given freedom to share my ideas, have input throughout the company and implement change. The company has changed a lot over the last year for the better.

Cons

Some employees have not embraced the change. Needs to continue to build a positive culture, but they are trying. Benefits could be better as well.

They have donuts for office employees on Fridays, LOL 😆

Cons

This place is locked in the 1980s, CEO is a spoiled brat that has no clue to run a very small company. Oh, he has a property business and feels that he can run this place the same way. He wanted to use a Credit Report to qualify new hires for employment!!! The President is a "Yes Man" and has his lips so far up the CEOs butt that he can't make a decision on his own! They don't value their employees and everyone is ready to quit! Medical benefits are ridiculous = $430+ biweekly for family medical? Are you serious? They have no core values, no values statement, no clue how to do onboarding, no clue how to train and retain employees, and no real performance reviews! Seriously, just look elsewhere, this place is a joke!
