Pros

The only reason this dealership has any credibility in recent months is due to Shane Self & Richard Montgomery. They alone have helped the owner move in a slightly, but noticeable positive direction. If they continue to help him realize where he's making mistakes Mag could eventually be a good place to work at. As far as pay ... there's always room for improvement. I believe offering recent new hires the minimum guaranteed amount per month does help retain sales staff longer. Depending on the brand you work for you could get a new car for a nice discount.

Cons

All of the previous reviews (30+ people mass firings, insane turnover, owners greed & insanity, management treatment, long sleeves in the summertime, etc) are true. To be fair, some of the things mentioned happened a while ago, but they did still occur. Any type of sales role @ Mag will consume your life - I worked 50-60 hours a week. The last week of the month you forfeit your 2nd day off. To the sr. manager who said he can't believe the reviews on here: this is due to him being out of touch with the reality of most of the staff and living their day to day life. Where were you when all of these terrible things happened in front of you?
