Pros
Fun, casual environment. Most employees are young and energetic, go out together and are very close knit. Things get done here, not a lot of wasted time because there are ample bonus structures in place. In the short time I've been here, there have been frequent opportunities for possible upward movement. The work can be challenging and is usually pleasant. Very flexible hours (at least, for now)
Cons
Somewhat frequent management changes, lots of growing pains, people committing fraud/scamming the company from inside, but altogether things that will likely be improved in the future and everyone works hard to repair.
