this company used to be a GOOD company to work for. They gave the impression that they had morals and cared about their employees and their wellbeing. Since taking on a new ceo this company has turned into a disaster HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company and even worse management. The previous bad review was left by an employee that resigned the first week he started. He saw what a joke this company was and got out fast (smart!!). Management lied to the team and probably the board and pretended he left for health reasons because they were too embarrassed that someone saw them for EXACTLY who they are! This company will use and abuse you for as long as you allow them to! They make employees work MULTIPLE positions/titles with no extra pay, no training, no gratitude, and when you ask for help... THEY HIRE MULTIPLE PEOPLE TO REPLACE YOU AND TRICK YOU INTO TRAINING THEM and then fire you. And they dont have the balls to fire you themselves, They make your new replacement fire you. These people are cowards. They have no money and no sense of business direction. One of their own executive team members robbed them of $100K-$300,000 and they did absolutely NOTHING about it!! they didnt even put a process in place to make sure employees cant rob the company in the future. They didnt learn enough from that incident to start doing background checks after that. Investors should BEWARE! not that they can find investors anyway. they have been lying to their own employees about raising funding. They fired about 25% of the company right before a major holiday then went on vacation 2 days after that. These people preach a mission they dont LIVE by. They pretend they invented a product because they care about parents and babies but that cant be further from the truth. They laid off one of their own (lowest paid) employees 2 months after she told them her daughter was diagnosed with leukemia. these people are heartless. they only care about money. They do not care about their employees or customers. The new ceo has been traveling back and fourth to the office each week from out of state, racking up thousands and THOUSANDS in expenses each month for the last 10 months!!!! Then he hires his buddy to fill an executive position and has the company cover his travel expenses as well while they lie to employees and pretend the buddy drives back and fourth to work each day from the next state over, they allow this instead of cutting expenses to spare employees jobs. all the management team does is LIE, LIE, LIE. they will tell you something or agree to something and then tell you no they never said it or no they never agreed to it. then berate and humiliate you about it. This was happening on the daily. to the point that employees had to start recording conversations with management to protect themselves from the lies. Who would want to work for such a company? whoever is left needs to leave ASAP. this company is a sinking ship the new ceo has a PHD - idk how. he doesnt know how to do anything on a computer, cant even open a email file. he needs help with everything and mentally and verbally abuses you to make you help him. He is constantly making mistakes that put that entire company at risk, forwarding message/emails to the wrong people, texting confidential info to the wrong employees, etc. this man needs to be kept away from technology. only work here if you want to be treated like a modern day slave! the engineering team is great! and will be sorely missed. they deserve SO much better than this. They put their heart and soul into this product. Its a shame what this company turned into.
