Meritocracy with ample opportunity to learn and grow - Anonymous employee Milestone Community Builders Employee Review

Pros

Company leadership gives employees the opportunity to learn by doing and stretch slightly beyond their immediate capabilities, while maintaining guardrails to protect the company and helping employees learn from their mistakes. I’ve found that those that seize the opportunity to really own their job, take initiative, solve problems and support their decision making with strong logic do great here, advance quickly and enjoy it.

Cons

There’s a lot of autonomy, ambiguity and a heavy workload, so if you’re not good at prioritizing your objectives or making decisions and taking action after thorough reasoning, then it probably isn’t a great fit.

Thank you so much for your review! We often hear from prospective candidates that they have visited our Glassdoor page and this has helped them get a better understanding of what it is like to work here so your feedback is really valuable. I also love the community culture and am especially proud of the growth we have had as a team, while maintaining a family feel. Thanks for contributing to such a great place to work, we are happy to have you! I hear you on the traffic situation, it can be bothersome. Please feel free to speak with HR or your manager if you are dealing with a tough commute. We are happy to be flexible with you if you need a little extra time getting to and from work on days with heavier traffic. Thanks again!
