TERRIBLE Company To Work For - Anonymous employee Milk Bar Employee Review

The company invests NOTHING in its employees. There are absolutely NO benefits of working here and the pay is extremely low. You are overworked and talked down to by "management" who are extremely anti-social (bordering on sociopathic) people who are one-dimensional and for some reason are obsessed with the company. The turn-over rate is exponential and they recruit on craigslist (so yea, its not a "real job" anyway). The company recently stopped its "dining card" benefit which gave employees money to spend at any momofuku restaurant. This seems like sign of financial distress so be on the look out for stores closing!
