The staff and leadership at MilkWorks were welcoming and incredibly easy to work with. Support and patience were regular practices when interacting with co-workers, customers, and patients. I found each team member to be authentic, empathetic, and knowledgeable about the organization's mission-based products and services.

The main con has already been addressed: newer technology to make processes more efficient and effective.
