      Pros

      No pros. OSHA nightmare . Company does not value its employees. Shops are outdated . Safety and employee retention is not priority.

      Cons

      Shop managers and tech ‘s are not respected. Managers are overworked and blamed for everything. All departments lean on shop that is already understaffed. Managers are forced to work 65 hours a week to handle workload. Tech” s are in an unsafe environment . Shops need serious updating .

      Company means well but management is ruining the atmosphere in the shop

      Cons

      Management is losing touch with customer service and more bottom dollar. They cut inventory when you need parts
