Stepping stone job where if you can suffer through for at least one year you will be able to put a decent brand name on your resume
Cons
Just about everything else would be considered a con. Terrible company culture and no signs of them ever improving. Those at the top are pleased with sales and turn a blind eye to the dysfunctional and disrespect that goes on daily. The director also copies Zara and passes it off as blessing everyone with genius.
