      - Nice & clean environment - Friendly staff, yet professional - Always on time with payments - Good management & collaboration

      - Long hours, usually 2-3 hours extra (especially on weekends - but that is expected/ normal in Hospitality)

      Pay is not too bad during season

      Unprofessional from every level - floor management to administration, even high level executives come to the restaurant to oversee the floor while they are wearing jeans and sneakers and they are speaking Greek half the time.
