      Pros

      Great Pay. Its a union shop. The benefits. Most importantly the people that run this place make it one of the best places you could ever work at.

      Cons

      Nothing bad to say about this place and I was recently let go.

      Good pay in maintenance> Had a tool allowance, although it was quite small.

      Cons

      Management does not care about anyone other than themselves. No education program, no certification programs. TERRIBLE communication.
