Cold, unfriendly work environment. - Developer Mimeo Employee Review

No 401K plan until after 1 year of employment. No team culture, people literally not talking to each other, other than work related stuff. Very cold and uncomfortable environment. Unexperienced product owner with unrealistic roadmaps, being too product centric, rather than knowing how to run the team. Work-life balance is nearly non-existent. Putting late evenings weekends a normality here. Bunch of useless meetings, were you "pushed" into talking, even though you have nothing say.
