      Staff are nice at Mind by Design

      Cons

      Mind by design has monthly annual fees and constant deductions for reports being late that take more than 48 hours. The psychologist gets paid for editing and takes her time. This company is like a pyramid scheme.

      Pros

      Remote, coworkers are super nice and understanding.

      Cons

      The company never hires people from Canada or that live in Canada because then they’d have to pay in dollar. Heard that people get 6 dollars an hour just because they live in countries from South America. Plus, extremely unorganized.
