Pros
Even though it's a consultancy company, they work really hard to have a tight relationship with employees and go to great lengths to make everyone feel good. They are consistent with their values and the staff is friendly, warm and value-focused. It's a very healthy company with an amazing environment. There is a clear career path and objectives to be measured on. I really enjoyed being part of this company.
Cons
Being consultancy, they cannot control what happens within clients. There are discrepancies between the values of Mind Source and those of its clients, but not much to do there. Regardless of this, there is always support from Mind Source on well-being when facing issues within the client.
