      You can only commit three editing mistake (regardless if it's small or not) per year before they let you go with only one week's notice

      Pros

      Work from home and they don't bother you too much but...

      Cons

      when they decide to rip your work apart to prevent you from asking for benefits and incentives, 3x strikes and you are out (even if the client was wrong and the management are not fluent in English), no incentives, salary stays the same forever.
