      Pros

      No overtime needed, everyone left on time..tasks are easy to manage. Meeting structure is clear but a bit long. Role and duty are very defined here

      Cons

      Too quiet of office environment..less direct communication to ceo. Salary was fair, limited incremental - it doesn’t look fair to promote

      Work from home and they don't bother you too much but...

      Cons

      when they decide to rip your work apart to prevent you from asking for benefits and incentives, 3x strikes and you are out (even if the client was wrong and the management are not fluent in English), no incentives, salary stays the same forever.
