      Pros

      Lots of fun and talented people, transparent company structure, the CEO is fair and makes good calls. Lots of focus on user experience design. Good development practices formally accepted.

      Cons

      Not very much freedom to express yourself in work and take charge of more responsibilities than what you're assigned. Cross-team communication is not always ideal.

      Pros

      The people here are super awesome. Unfortunately I only worked here for a short period of time because of life stuff requiring me to move away, but it was definitely one of the best jobs I've ever had.

      Cons

      Entering 5 words because I have to. But there were no cons. Maybe the only con is that the lunches and dinners thst the chef cooked were too delicious

      Great company culture, dedicated team members, team events, free food cooked by in-house chef, autonomy of task and freedom to take risks

      Cons

      little opportunity for advancement, low wages (which is typical for a startup)
