      Pros

      Good Start up to work with.

      Cons

      1) Nothing is steamed lined. 2) Pay is less. 3) Each and every employee has different health, leaves benefits etc. 4) No Concept of bench, once client is done with contact then you have to look for a job or stay with out salary. if at this point of time you work for internal project then you have to give up your Weekends as well they expect you to work on weekends too.

      Good exposure to backend development and real-time project experience. Supportive teammates and opportunities to learn new technologies. Work environment is generally collaborative.

      Cons

      The company does not sufficiently value employee contributions. Growth and recognition are limited, and feedback from employees is not always considered. Work-life balance can also be inconsistent at times.
