I find nothing much to say about pros, If you are a fresher and got no much options then you might find this company as a best fit.

* Salary - not paid on time, an will not be paid if you were on a notice period * Almost employee in this company are willing to work there. * You will be put to work on multiple projects at the same time, irrespective of your experience * Work life balance is almost zero * Salary will be due for months, and they'll blame you for project delays * Employees are compelled to complete 5 to 6 months projects in 2 to 3 months that too not on a full time basis, you have to work on multiple projects at the same time.
