Pros

Sometimes, we employees book a turf and play cricket at our own expense.

Cons

1. They give us unreasonable deadlines and make us work nonstop on the weekends. 2. Even the canteen has biometrics to track how much time you took off for a break. If you don't stay late to make up for the lost time, your salary will be reduced by half a day. 3. This place has zero management, all tasks are allocated at random, without any goal-setting, planning, or proper communication, in the middle of an active task. 4. The CEO has a terrible attitude and doesn't even attempt to fix the real issue that the workplace is suffering. 5. There are no flexible hours here, if you come a little late due to urgent work they just think that you are slacking and provide even more work, even if you stay late to make up for it. They just don't care. 6. They ask you to bring the laptop home with you to work through the night and on the weekends.
