Pros

No such pros except salary are SOMETIMES on time.

Cons

-> Over time and you need to work on the weekend and NO PAY. and it's really really frequent. -> After working on the weekend there is no comp off or pay. -> The team is full of freshers. so, they are always threatening you for your job. -> They won't allow your leave on time, even if you are on sick leave you still need to work from home. -> If you are a girl, then definitely get ready to be harassed. -> The manager is always trying to prove you wrong in front of the management rather than acting like a manager. He just tries to protect himself rather than his team. -> The blame game always goes on. -> No WFH are given, no leaves are timely approved and you are even called on Saturdays and not just that you need to WFH on Sunday.

Pros

A great start to my career — learning a lot in a short time I joined Mindrops in December 2025 and it has only been about five months but honestly it has been a really positive experience so far. As a junior developer, I was a little nervous about jumping into real projects so quickly, but the team made the transition very smooth and comfortable. Senior developers are genuinely approachable and always willing to guide you without making you feel like a burden, which has helped me pick up practical mobile app development skills much faster than I expected. The work environment is relaxed yet productive, and I feel like my contributions are noticed and appreciated even at this early stage. Getting hands-on exposure to actual client projects from day one has been invaluable and has taught me more in five months than I imagined possible.

Cons

Since I am fairly new, there were moments in the initial weeks where I felt a little lost due to the lack of a formal onboarding structure. The learning curve can be steep if you are just starting out, and having a dedicated mentor assigned from the beginning would make the early days much easier. Sometimes the pace of work picks up quickly and it can be a bit overwhelming as a fresher trying to keep up.
