Pros

- Good Salary if and only if you are good in communication, talented, can work on multiple Projects - Good company to start your career as a fresher

Cons

- Late night work - Work on weekends - If your communication is bad then they will fired you at any time without any prior notice. - No experience people around you. So you don't know you right track or not. If any management person check your code and if they found some issues in that then they will shot on you but they will not help you. - Technology is not fixed at all, if today you are working on java then tomorrow they will ask you to work on Html/css or js or android or iOS or anything. *Technology doesn't matter for them* - If your machine is not working then you have to fixed it and that too on weekends. - No Proper resource management - No other activities at all in the company. And if there is any other activity in the office then you have to come bit early n the office - Management/Managers dont know how to write the optimized and correct code and they expect from frehers - You are not doing anything for developers then how can you guys expect from them???

If you are doing good, they will hand over the responsibility of a complete project. 5. Very talented and helpful people in management. 6. Friendly colleagues.

Cons

1. Sometimes pressure on some projects is very high because of resource crunch (Though you learn a lot under pressure)
