Pros

Mon thru Fri and some Saturdays

Cons

This is one of the worst places I have ever worked. I mean, I really have worked at a lot of bad places but this by far takes the cake. No room for advancement. Just ask anybody that works there how bad the retention rate is. The staff ranges anywhere from 20 to 25. Within the last couple of years, they have replaced 15 employees but not due to Covid. Due to the management. They haven’t laid anyone off. Everyone had quit due to the management failing at their function. The management is a dictatorship. You have no one to go to if you have a problem with management. The HR department is nonexistent. You will also get called out in meetings in front of your peers and talked down on regardless of the company you currently keep. Bullying is strongly encouraged by management and happens frequently making it a hostile environment. Confidentiality is nonexistent and the open door policy is false. The health of employees is not taken seriously either.

Pros

Great pay, outstanding benefits, and a strong culture with regular company events and outings make this an excellent place to work. If you’re looking for a company where you can grow and build a long-term career, this is it. I started as a production floor technician and worked my way up to production manager, gaining valuable leadership experience and learning from a great team along the way. I later transitioned into a field service technician role, which gave me the opportunity to travel and see firsthand how the equipment we build is used in real-world situations. There’s a real sense of purpose here—knowing you’ve played a part in creating and supporting life-saving equipment brings a level of pride that’s hard to match.

Cons

The amount of equipment we have does take a while to learn, I have been here for a long time and I’m still learning about some new equipment.

Pros

Good training opportunities and a solid benefits package. Some great people on the team who are helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

Workplace culture needs improvement. There is noticeable negativity at times, along with a tendency to point fingers instead of taking accountability. Communication is lacking across teams, which leads to confusion and inefficiencies. The organization feels unstructured, and processes are not always clear or consistent.
