Pros

Hardly any to speak of.

Cons

This company is a despicable one to work for. The employee retention rate is drastic and management believes it is due to covid reasons. However that is far from the truth. Current upper management are by far the worst managers/supervisors I have ever worked for and with! They do not value their employee's dedication and work ethics as you can never satisfy them though they will always focus on your mistakes, no matter how small. They speak to their employees in derogatory and unprofessional ways. There is not an actual HR department to voice your concerns and the makeshift one they do have will never have any real results/actions to them. Here's one incident, one employee who worked for over 10 years was forced to resign though we were told he was retiring. 2 other employees who also worked over 10 years have left willingly due to being overworked and not being compensated fairly along with the way they were being mistreated by AGAIN upper management!

Pros

Great pay, outstanding benefits, and a strong culture with regular company events and outings make this an excellent place to work. If you’re looking for a company where you can grow and build a long-term career, this is it. I started as a production floor technician and worked my way up to production manager, gaining valuable leadership experience and learning from a great team along the way. I later transitioned into a field service technician role, which gave me the opportunity to travel and see firsthand how the equipment we build is used in real-world situations. There’s a real sense of purpose here—knowing you’ve played a part in creating and supporting life-saving equipment brings a level of pride that’s hard to match.

Cons

The amount of equipment we have does take a while to learn, I have been here for a long time and I’m still learning about some new equipment.

Pros

Good training opportunities and a solid benefits package. Some great people on the team who are helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

Workplace culture needs improvement. There is noticeable negativity at times, along with a tendency to point fingers instead of taking accountability. Communication is lacking across teams, which leads to confusion and inefficiencies. The organization feels unstructured, and processes are not always clear or consistent.
